Launchy

Launchy is a free Windows tool designed to make you forget about the start menu, the icons on your desktop, and even your file manager.

This small tool indexes your programs, documents, project files and bookmarks in the Start menu, allowing you to easily access these indexed programs and files with just a few keystrokes.
