Download KolibriOS, because KolibriOS is a 40 MB operating system.  You may ask, why is it so small?  written in machine language.  These types of operating systems do not take up as much space as higher-level languages, but they are not something every brave man would do.

Anyway Kolibri is a small x86 assembler hobby operating system.  It forked off MenuetOS in 2004 and has mostly been developed by ex-USSR community since.  It has been developed mostly by the former USSR community since it forked off MenuetOS in 2004.
API and ABI is being enreached with developer-frendly features.  API and ABI developer-frendly features are being enreached.  User interface is not that good yet but we are trying to improve it as well.  The user interface is not good yet but we are also working on improving it.  Your feedback is very appreciated, although help would always be much more valuable.  Your feedback is greatly appreciated, it will always help, although it is much more valuable.

 The manufacturer says so.
KolibriOS is a small but incredibly powerful and fast operating system.  This powerhouse only requires a few megabytes of disk space and 8 MB of RAM to work.  Kolibri has a rich set of applications that include a word processor, image viewer, graphics editor, web browser and more than 30 exciting games.  In addition to full FAT12/16/32 support, read-only support for NTFS, exFAT, ISO9660 and Ext2/3/4 is also implemented.  Drivers are written for popular sound, network and graphics cards.

Have you ever dreamed of a system that boots from boot to working GUI in less than a few seconds?  Apps that launch instantly after you click an icon, without annoying hourglass pointers?  This speed is achieved because the core parts of KolibriOS (kernel and drivers) are written entirely in FASM assembly language!  Try Kolibri and compare it with heavyweights like Windows and Linux.

KolibriOS was spun off from MenuetOS in 2004 and has been developed independently ever since.  All of our code is open source and the majority of the code is released under the GPLv2 license.  Your feedback is highly appreciated and your help is even more welcomed.
