With JOCR, you can capture images from your computer and save the text on the image as text with optical character recognition feature.  To use the program, Microsoft Office 2003 or higher must be installed on your system.  General Features: It helps you capture images from any part of your screen.  It allows you to capture the desired part of the images and import the text on the image into a text document.  It has Turkish character recognition feature.  It is free and does not require installation.  It does not tire your system with its small size.
