It provides FirstBank account holders with easy access to both financial and non-financial transactions via their mobile phones/devices. The service is available to FirstBank account holders who have Naira MasterCard and/or Verve cards.
The app is elegant and user-friendly – clearly evident in the DIY registration process, as all FirstBank customers with Verve and Naira MasterCards can start using the app without needing to visit a FirstBank branch. We also complement our lifestyle offerings while providing a more reliable and decidedly more convenient digital banking experience.

Improved dashboard: This update allows us to provide you with a more personalized and customizable experience. This feature displays a high level of visualization of the mobile banking user's spending patterns, highlighting inflows and outflows in the user's bank account, thus helping them make better financial decisions.
Frequently Performed Transactions: This feature intelligently aggregates a user's most frequently performed transactions (transfers, airtime purchases, bill payments) based on their historical data and presents them to the user in an easy-to-understand manner. This allows the user to easily access frequently completed transactions and restart them with a few button clicks.
Contactless charging: This feature allows mobile banking users to "select from contact list" when performing an Airtime charge.
