Scratchboard

The average savvy Internet user amasses countless user names, passwords, links, contacts, account numbers, software keys, and who knows what else.  Scratchboard is a repository for this kind of information.
Added the ability to specify a custom image for a Bookmark icon. This can be any BMP, ICO, PNG, GIF, or JPG image. Previously the user was limited to the stock icons used by the user interface.
