Three Labor Laws have been enacted in our country so far. The first one was in 1936, the other in 1971 (Law No. 1475) and the last one was the Labor Law No. 4857, which was published in the Official Gazette on June 10, 2003 and abolished the Law No. 1475.
Labor Law No. 4857 has clarified many problems with its new rules regulating our business life.
In order to create ease of access for practitioners and to accelerate access to the information sought, we have prepared the "Labor Law Program" for their benefit.
In our program; Labor Law No. 4857, Article 14 of Labor Law No. 1475 (except for Article 14 of Labor Law No. 1475, other articles have been abolished) and Regulations are included.
