VisualCron is an advanced task automation program that uses client / server architecture. The application allows you to automatically and regularly perform tasks, including:

For example: running programs and scripts, opening documents and multimedia, printing, file operations, emailing / receiving, system administration. No programming skills are required to use the tool.

The main functions of the application:

Allowing to group studies, i.e. custom containers, group tasks and manage their execution:

- Studies can be run as many times as desired, it is possible to be performed at random intervals or regularly, and can be done at the beginning of the program if any work is skipped
- correct business planning for specific dates and times,
- You can import and export a worklist for use on different VisualCron servers,
- jobs are regularly updated in the client's interface,
- setting timeout for a selected job,
- the ability to start from scratch has already started.

Client / server architecture:

- two types of clients - a standard application and a tool that runs in the Windows notification area,
- VisualCron client, used to configure the VisualCron server,
- The customer in the notification area provides information about the start or completion of certain works, and also acts as a foreground for rapid execution,
- each client is based on the VisualCron API interface that allows the configuration and control of the program server. The interface can work with external applications and use them to manage, for example, the VisualCron server.
- VisualCron Server runs in the background and performs all jobs and tasks as a Windows service, so no login is required to use the server,
- You can connect an unlimited number of clients to a single server, connections can be provided over LAN and the Internet.
- Data exchange between server and clients is encrypted and securely protected.
