TuxGuitar is free software that is a score editor with a MIDI output for picture and music notation as well as typed note ratios.

TuxGuitar supports omnidirectional mode and import files from other editors like GuitarPro. Each piece consists of staves and a wall view. Write notes in it directly on the staves or on the keyboard. If you want to create Tabs, this software can help you.
