Pictor is a free and portable photo editor designed to be simple to use. You can add photos from the file menu or by dragging and dropping. Once installed, you will find that the File menu has categories that are easy to understand. These are Settings, Editing, Appearance, Rotate, Crop, Delete, Fill, Size, Color, Add, Change, Drawing and Help.
