Passy

Passy includes cross-platform syncing, opening it up to users beyond just Windows.

Passy's security keeps all your information encrypted in AES;  It is stored offline on your device, keeping you in control and providing the highest level of protection for that data.  It will keep your passwords, payment cards, notes, ID cards and IDs in one place.  The interface simplifies setup by allowing you to quickly create and add information.  Additionally, Passy includes an automatic backup feature when needed.  There is also the possibility of using biometrics to unlock the app via your fingerprint.  The autofill option allows you to quickly fill in fields in apps and websites without opening the app.  There's also a relatively detailed breakdown of Passy's specific implementations in the developer's repository.

If you are looking for an Open Source and multiplatform password manager alternative, Passy will not disappoint you.
