It allows you to start multiple Skype accounts at once. It can be started manually or you can create a shortcut in the start folder of the Windows Start menu. To create accounts and password you'll need to execute the app with the parameter "U": Example: C:\Multiskype.exe "U" That will allow a form to add or delete accounts. The accounts data are stored in a text files, the passwords are encrypted.
