To stay healthy, it is difficult to know what kind of activity you should do. So Google Fit has created two new activity goals that can help you improve your health by working with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Heart Association: Motion Minute and Cardio Score? Motion Minutes

When it comes to your health, it is important to sit less and move more. Earn a Motion Minute in all of your activities and be motivated to make small, healthy changes throughout the day (such as walking up the stairs instead of climbing the elevator, sitting with your friend, rather than chatting over coffee).

? Cardio Points
The activities that cause your heart to pump more blood are incredibly beneficial to both your heart and your mind. When you run your dog, you gain a cardio score from mid-minute activity, such as increasing the tempo, and twice as much in more intense activities such as running. A five-day 30-minute brisk walk a week is sufficient to reach the physical activity level recommended by the AHA and WHO. It is determined that this level of activity reduces the risk of heart disease, improves sleep quality and improves overall mental health.

See the analysis while exercising and learn your real-time statistics on your running, walking and cycling activities. Fit uses your Android phone's sensors or Wear OS by Google smart watch's pulse sensors to record your speed, step count, route, and other information.

See your daily progress for Cardio Points and Motion Minutes. Do you reach your goals every day? Google Fit helps you set your goals to allow you to challenge yourself to keep your heart and mind healthy.

LOOK ALL YOUR MOVEMENTS If you are walking, running or cycling throughout the day, your Android phone or your Wear OS by Google smartphone will it automatically detects and adds points from every move by adding it to your Google Fit log. Do you like doing different kinds of training? When you choose from a list of activities such as pilates, rowing or pedaling, Google Fit will track all Cardio Points and Movement Minutes you will earn.
