As a series of 'dirty bombs' attacks paralyze London, it's up to the Central Disaster Authority to fix the situation. Both sides hire mercenaries from all over the world and the capital is plunged into chaos when the criminal organization Jackal begins to disrupt and steal the institution's technologies.
