Play against the computer with Checkers Online, compete online against opponents from around the world, or play checkers with a friend on the same device. Four rule sets, including Turkish checkers, puzzles, and tournaments await you.
The most striking aspect of the game is that it doesn't adhere to a single rule of checkers. You can choose the rule you're used to playing in the classic board game from the settings.
Supported Rule Sets
American checkers (English checkers): Capturing a piece is mandatory; normal pieces cannot move back. The king moves only one square, but can move backward and capture.
International checkers: Capturing is mandatory, and all pieces can capture backwards. The queen can move any distance diagonally if it has an open path.
Spanish checkers (Damas): Based on international rules, but pieces cannot move backward.
Turkish checkers: Pieces start from the second and third rows and move forward and sideways, not diagonally. The queen moves similarly to the queen in chess.
