With Health Connect on Android, you can easily share data between your health, fitness and balance apps without compromising privacy.

 
 Health Connect is in Beta.  After downloading Health Connect, you can go to Settings > Applications > Health Connect or use the Quick Settings menu for access.
 
 Get more out of your favorite apps.  Whether you focus on activity, sleep, nutrition or vital signs, you can better understand your health through data sharing between your apps.  Health Connect's controls are simple, so you only share the data you want.
 
 Collect your health and fitness data in one place.  Health Connect collects health and fitness data from your apps in one place, which you can use both offline and on your device.  Thus, you can easily manage data in your different applications.
 
 Update privacy settings with a few taps.  Before a new app accesses your data, you can review and select the data you want to share.  If you change your mind or want to see which apps have recently accessed your data, you can do all of these from Health Connect.
