The Gemini app is designed as an experimental AI assistant and is available on Android phones with at least 2GB of RAM running Android 10 or newer.

This official app is available for free and provides direct access to Google's advanced AI models.

**Features of Gemini Application:**

- **Help and Support:** Offers help on a variety of topics such as writing, planning, learning.
- **Information Management:** Can summarize information in Gmail or Google Drive and help you find it quickly.
- **Multimedia Usage:** You can get help through various media such as text, voice, photo and camera.
- **Voice Commands:** You can get help from Gemini regarding the contents on your phone screen by saying "Ok Google".
- **Planning Tools:** Helps you plan using services such as Google Maps and Google Flights.

Once you activate the Gemini app, it will replace Google Assistant on your phone and become your primary assistant. However, some Google Assistant voice commands may not be available in the Gemini app yet. If you want to switch back to Google Assistant, you can do so in Settings.
