All Recorder

This program allows you to record from many sources, including games, microphones, the internet, line-ins, Winamp, Windows Media Player, QuickTime, RealPlayer, and Flash, and you can record in formats such as wav/mp3/wma/ogg/wqf.

All Recorder allows you to modify and create your own effects. You can make changes to your recorded audio using special effects (fade in, fade out, normalize, scale, squeeze silence, etc.). The trial version has a 30-second audio recording limit. The full version of the program costs $29.95.
