4MLinux is a small, standalone, general purpose Linux distribution with a strong focus on the following four computing "Ms":
- Maintenance (system recovery Live CD),- Multimedia (full support for numerous image, audio and video formats),
- Mini server (DNS, FTP, HTTP, MySQL, NFS, Proxy, SMTP, SSH and Telnet),
- Mystery (meaning collection of classic Linux games).
The minimum requirements for 4MLinux (64-bit) are:
- 128 MB of RAM when 4MLinux is installed on a HDD,
- 1500 MB RAM when running 4MLinux as a live CD/USB.
